Fix maintenance and checking of main parts
The advantage of the unit is few daily maintenance. For the unit normal long time operation we must make detail maintenance plan, regular person operation,order maintenance and order check to keep the compressor clean .The main parts refer to following table to maintence,pleace.

- Before maintain or change we must ensure:compressor system presure is released: other pressure is release too; the switch on main circuit is broken off and set mark ofcut off.
- The exchange time of compressor cooling lubricating oil is depend on use circumstance ,humidity ,dust and acid or alkalescence gas in air.The machine that the year operating is less than 2000 hours should be change once every year.
- In the first time the oil filter must be change in 300-500 hour ;in the second time 1500 hours then 2000hour in normal..
- Do not make other object into air filter or input air valve when maintain and change them. Sealing the main engine entrance when operating. After operating,using hand revolving several circles according to the main engine sense ofrotating,and defining does not have any hindrance,then go on the machine.
- Check up the leather belt at every 2000 hours.If it partially pine,we must adjust the nut 1(see picture 14) until it tight.Do not dirty the belt in the process of adjust.
- Ihe oil filter must be changedwhen exchanging oil every time.
- Please use the primary assemblage of company, otherwise the machine accident that from this causes,we do not duty.
Clean the air cooler and oil cooler (picture17)
In every 2000 hours, for clean dust of radiator surface, we open the hole cover of cooler on the bracket of fan, until it cleanlity. If it too dirty to clean it ,we can offload the cooler, spill the cooling oil and close the four entrance in case dirty into ,then blow with compressed air or wash it, finaly dry it.At the end ,installing it in formerly pleace.
Notice: do not use iron-bruse blow radiator in case damage the surface of radiator.
Let cooling water
The water in the air may coagulate in the air and oil separator .When exhaust temperature is lower than pressure dew point especially in wet air,there are separate out more cooling water .The oil contain too muchwater to makelubricating oil emulsification and affect machine safe operation,for instance: Bad lubricate of compressor;
Bad effect or big errand of oil and air separator.Arouse parts rust So,we must make schedule of exhaust cooling water according to humidity.
The method of exhaust cooling water:
We should stop machine, without pressure of oil and air separator, sufficiency cooling and sufficiency deposition. For instance: before open the machine in the morning.
- Open the pre-spiral of the bottom of oil and air separator
- Slowly open the ball valve to exhaust water until the oil is pour then close the ball value.
- close the pre-spiral of the ball value.
The safety value was mixed before the whole set leaves the factory, so we do not advocate the user adjusts it .If need adjust that the users must is guide with the safety department or themselves maintenance man.
Advice of maintenance
We provide some maintenance advice to general users
- Every week
- Checking the unit to find out have or not strange voice and leakage
- Checking the meter to see the reading if or not right
- Checking the temperature display of
- Every month
- Checking the unit inside to look for the parts of rust or flexible. If found paint or tighten them.
- Exhaust the cooling water.
- Every three months
- Clean out the dust of cooler surface, fan cover and fan leaves.
- Filling the lubricant oil of electromotor bearing
- Checking the tube to find if or not old or break
- Checking the electricity component, clean out the control box.
Filling the oil of the compressor
The oil level of compressor should keep between the lowest and the highest oil level under the running status. Too much oil could influence the separated effect. Too less oil could influence lubricate and cooling .In the period of changing oil. If the oil face is lower than the lowest oil level, the user should replenish lubricating oil in time .the method is:
Stop the machine and waiting the inside pressure is all release (affirming that the system does not pressure),then pulls down the power supply master switch. Open the gob of the oil and gas separates and filing the cooling lubricating oil. The change oil time after the machine normal operate according to the routine maintenance table.
